Fix for Nintendo Switch False Charging Issue

“Fake charging” (the device detects the charger and displays the charging icon on both sides, but the battery percentage actually drops; the charging icon appears, yet the device consumes power—effectively discharging in reverse).
It shows as charging, but is actually draining the battery.
Check the M92T36, P13USB, and BQ24193 chips. Replace them if necessary.
