Nintendo Switch Repair: Joy-Con Not Charging and Fan Not Spinning

The fan is not spinning, and the Joy-Cons are not charging.

Fan circuit issue. You can use a voltage injection technique to briefly apply voltage to the fan (within the circuit) to reactivate the MOSFET.
If voltage injection does not work, you can replace the MOSFET associated with the M92T36.
The problem could also be caused by a faulty CPU fan.
