The controller won’t power on.
First, check the battery contacts for corrosion, then try replacing the battery. If that doesn’t work, try connecting the controller via USB. If that doesn’t work, you should measure the voltage at the board-to-board connectors, and then measure various parts of the PCB. You can find the pinout and circuit diagram here.
