After replacing the M92T36 IC and connecting the Switch charger, the resistance between the CC1/CC2 lines and GND is less than 10 ohms.
Resistance between CC1/CC2 lines and GND is below 10 ohms.
Replace the 3.3V step-down converter IC (located next to the audio IC).
