Check whether the F7002 fuse is open or not. If it is burnt out, it may be necessary to investigate the cause (possibly a short circuit in the nearby 5v-3.3v step-down converter).
Check if there is a short circuit directly opposite the 5v-3.3v step-down converter (TLV62090RGTR) on the F7002 (APU side). Capacitors and integrated circuits seem to be common failure points
Check whether there is any spillage of liquid metal covering the surroundings of the APU, as well as beneath the foam and gasket
Check if there is any short circuit around the capacitor on the back of the WiFi/Bluetooth module
Check if there is a short circuit near F7502 and F7003
Check the continuity of F7502 (if it is not connected, check the capacitance in that area).
